If you can't find the pull up bar I used (which to be fair is pretty rare) just use a normal pull up bar. But trust me, you've never experienced any thing like it before ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™‚๏ธ

Train legs with me and this was a whole ago, but I'm just getting to posting this ๐Ÿ˜…
Anyways I had to split the workout into two separate videos cos we did slightly different workouts cos she was recovering from knee pain.

That aside, this was a solid well rounded workout. Yeah a friend and try it out. I also show why I do not like dumbbell goblet squats in the video.

Very simple workout. This was from when I was trying to fix my awful bench press form ๐Ÿคฎ

I slowed things down and went all the way back down to 225 and worked on benching without any shoulder or tricep discomfort.

Anyways, this is a quick one and honestly can be done in 45 mins or less.

This world record for a plank is about 9hrs. We are capable of getting to dizzying heights when it comes to planks.

If you want to take your plank to the next level, try this variation. If you want to make it more challenging, increase the distance.

Start of with 20 or so secs and build up to about a min. My client in this video is performing a core circuit and finishing up the circuit with these for 35 secs.

It's Leg Day ๐Ÿฆต
In this workout I walk you through my warm up sets and progression for a 3-5 rep working set.
The key thing is the quality of the reps should be identical. You do not need as many sets as I did. But I was looking out for what my working weight would be on the day based on how I was feeling.

* remember, your warm up sets do not count as your working set
