We are two silly fun-loving ladies who happen to cross paths when we were on our own personal journeys back to optimal health. Dawn battled debilitating health issues when doing missionary work overseas, and Laura battled physical and emotional health issues over the past eight years. With a combined 25+ years on the quest for knowledge, education, and resources to learn about our inner body systems (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual), we strive to bring this information and these resources back to you in hopes that you will use them with discernment to make the best health choices for you and your family. Most of the products and services that we endorse, come from personal experiences and not because we make money off of any of them. That being said, if we do discuss essential oils, we do use Young Living essential oils, and we do earn income building a Young Living business. However, this group is not based on Young Living essential oils alone. It is based on the premise that we all can experience the optimal health that we all seek. We will share knowledge and experiences in hopes of empowering you to take your health back into our own hands and to be proactive health care advocates for yourselves, your children, and your family. We do not aim to diagnose or prescribe anything as a cure for sickness or disease. This is our forum for sharing what healing modalities have worked well for us because there is more to health and wellness than just popping a pill or removing organs or body parts from our bodies. From time to time, we will host online classes and in-person classes in our office and have guest speakers who may be nurses, doctors (MDs), holistic chiropractors, acupuncturists, registered dieticians, nutritionists, etc. Please keep your comments positive in nature.
