B as active as you can b everyday, even with a chronic disease.
If out bodies are in best shapes they can b then this helps you when you get sick to get back up quicker!
I am sick and I have begun exercise, slowly. It is working!

There is compelling evidence to recommend eating nuts at least three times a week to maximize your chances of living longer and healthier lives. Raw nuts are preferred over salted or toasted ones, and whole or chopped nuts over nut butters.

Tonight, was the first time I did an evening walk around 7:30 PM; that was awesome as you could see the day starting to fade into evening and nearing the night!

Everyone stay consistent with your walks, soon you will notice something special about your health.
