The OxyCell Oxypro Excel hyperbaric oxygen chamber is coming to Poppi.
HBOT works by delivering pure oxygen under increased atmospheric pressure allowing oxygen to dissolve directly into blood plasma, cerebrospinal fluid, and lymph at concentrations normal breathing cannot achieve. At the cellular level, this saturates the mitochondria, stimulates the electron transport chain, and activates the body’s own regenerative signaling pathways including angiogenesis, reduced systemic inflammation.
Hard-shell. Seated and fully reclining. Built from stainless steel and aviation-grade polycarbonate with floor-to-ceiling transparent panels. Climate controlled, quiet, and operated via touchscreen from inside or outside.
Integrated red light works on cytochrome c oxidase, the final enzyme in the mitochondrial electron transport chain. Under stress or inflammation, nitric oxide binds to that enzyme and inhibits oxygen uptake at the cellular level. Red light photons displace that nitric oxide reopening the binding site as HBOT floods the tissues with the oxygen needed to fill it.
