My ✨restorative yoga ✨classes with✨ hands on reiki✨ start tomorrow evening in Chatham 11/15 6:30-8pm! (Hudson classes will begin the Sunday after Thanksgiving 11/28)✨$10-$20 per class.

Restorative yoga is a cooling and healing practice. In each pose you are supported by a variety of props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc) so that you are able to sink into each pose and hold them for an extended period (5-15 minutes) while focusing on breath and sensation.

Restorative yoga with Reiki is a unique style class that Dee has coined since working with folks 1:1 throughout the past year and a half. In this class they will lead you through a series of restorative yoga postures while also providing hands on energy work as you hold each pose. The combination of the two is incredibly healing - a container of release and restoration.

I really love the energy at✨Constellation ✨ and am so grateful to Derek for welcoming me into the beautiful space he has crafted.

🌿 What is my magic all about? I am a feeler and a knower. I also hear melodies. When I was young I would talk to the faeries by the water and in the trees. Sometimes I would sing to them. I still talk to them and sing to them whenever I feel called. ⁠
⁠
🌿People have always known they can turn to me - that I will understand - and that they will feel better after they do. 🙏🏼 When I look through old report cards my teachers always said something like this,“Diana always knows what their peers need and is always willing to help them.” This is true. 🌞I can feel what you’re feeling, I can sense what needs to shift, and I usually know just how to do it.⁠ 🌞

🌿 Sometimes these gifts “hurt” me - because of my own lack of understanding of them and inability to have energetic boundaries and rituals that cleanse me and others energies. This was very present in my early stages of life and is still present now, however, the more time I spend being intentional about when and where I use these gifts, the easier it is to have emotional and energetic boundaries. ⚔️ With more ease I am able to fill your cup while keeping mine flowing 🌊 🌊🌊

I have always used these gifts to survive and now I am learning to use them to THRIVE. 🧚🌿💚

🌺In the spirit of spring 🌺 bringing in new life ~ I am rearranging and fine tuning my offerings. 🌺 I have been holding space for self-assessment and reflection; meditating on how I am meant to hold space for you this season. 🌺 Come April, there will be some changes to my offerings and the boundaries within them. 🌺 the ways I am willing and able to hold space and the tools I will use to work within your energy are evolving.
