I am so excited about hosting our first workshop in just over a week! 🧘🏻

We will be making an all natural (yet highly effective) yoga mat spray, you will have an opportunity to personalize an essential oil roller for your yoga practice and also make epsom salts to aide in muscle recovery! As a bonus everyone will get a sample of our muscle cream!

The cost is $25 and registration is required by Sunday, April 19th.

Our Grand Opening Day is here!⁣

Today is the culmination of a lot of hard work.⁣

There was a time, not that long ago, when I was afraid to dream big—I chose to dream safe. But I’ve learned that no one really wins when you hold yourself back… or when you are afraid to dream at all.⁣

So today is special because I get to see the fruits of not being afraid to dream big- it’s amazing what can happen when you choose to show up boldly—for yourself, and for others.⁣

Sometimes essential oils don’t work. Sometimes the natural remedy you’re doing won’t cut it. ⠀

And that’s ok. ⠀
⠀
And it happens to me too. And it happens to even the ones who seem to have it ALL TOGETHER...I promise.⠀
⠀
Kicker came down with a bad ear ache yesterday and even doing all the natural remedies it wasn’t quit cutting it. So at 2am I gave him ibuprofen. And we both slept. And it’s ok. And today the pain came back again- with a vengeance. So I gave him another one. And he started smiling and eating again. And that’s ok.

It doesn’t mean natural doesn’t work. It just means sometimes we need to also be ok with accepting conventional solutions especially when someone needs rest and relief.

I don’t know who needed to hear this or if it was just me needing to remind myself 💛
