These two right here fill my air with lungs, they push me to be the best mom a boy👩‍👦‍👦 could ask for, & support me in everything I do! I am so grateful for these little dudes & love them to the 🌕 & back. They are the reasons why I do what I do!

Thank you for always being in my corner & loving me through all our seasons of life. You guys always keeping me on my toes. You both push me to want to work harder & do more for myself & you!

The goals I have for them are astronomical. Both wanna be soccer ⚽️ stars, so soccer it is. All the clubs, all the practices, all the time to be a soccer mom. School don't worry about it, go to the best schools out there!! 📖📗📘 I wanna leave a legacy for them and their children!!

Land, lots of land their boys the need room to do boy things. ⚾️🏈🏒🛹 dirt bikes, ATVs, all the fun outdoor things. Gardens & aminals for our own food & sustainability.🐴🐂🐄🐖🐑 Vacation with them alone (this one I wanna do within a year) show them other cultures & have them understand how the word is outside of their four walls.

Could I ask you a really personal question?

What is your most precious dream?

For awhile now since I started the ketogenic life, I've wanted nothing more than to use my passion for wellness to help others. I'm a nobody I've never taken nutrition classes I've never studied food.

I have definitely hit some curves and roadblocks, for example, Having to learn everything from scratch getting taken advantage of by people that really don't know what they're talking about losing friends because they think you're doing something stupid! Um, no one can make a living doing what they are passionate about if they aren't charging what the program or they are worth! Massive fail!

Yet I am so thankful I kept pressing on, with my eyes open in search of other ways to make my dream a reality and make it to the other side!

I’m here to tell you, it was worth everything it cost me to get to where I am today!

I had two kids in less then 2 years I was pregnant for 20 months start. When I had my youngest I weighed 286 lbs 😱😱

I never took 📸 I didn't wanna wear anything but sweats & big tees. All I did all day was look at YT & Instagram & wish i looked like those girls. I don't remember how I came across it, but I came across the idea of keto & it changed my life. I had already started working out at this point. I found a great trainer 🏋️‍♀️ on YT that had these quick 7 min videos. When I started doing her workouts & noticing that I was losing inches I decided that I need to complement that with a change of my eating habits.

I started looking up all types of different eating habits online & the keto life style kept coming up. At this point I believe I weighed about 230lbs. I worked steady for about a year eating right and working out. I lost 80 pounds!! 🥶🥶

Then the unthinkable happened, my kids father left me. 😭😭 I hit rock bottom (eating wise) I didn't care how much or when I ate all I wanted to do was eat, gummies, candy, cakes, all the sugar, all the carbs, all the bad foods. Got back up to 170lbs, I felt horrible. ☠☠

That was about 2 years ago. Since then I have tried to pick it back up but haven't been able to. Then one day I think around june, one of my friends posted a workout video with these new workout clothes on, it motivated the heck out of me. The very next day I went & started working out agian!! This time it's more about making my body more fit💯💯💯 I love the community I am a part of now, it motivates me so much to push myself to be my best me!!🙌🙌💞💞🥑🥑🥩🥓🔥🔥🌈🌈

Started this one over agian!!

About 2 years ago me and my child's father broke up, my life was a complete mess. I had to find a job for the 1st time in 6 years I had to be independent for the 1st time In 6 years and I had 2 small children that I had to take care of our my own.

I completely fell off the wagon I ate everything. I couldn't help myself I was depression eating I ate pizza I ate donuts I eat candy. Gummies were my favorite I couldn't get enough I did like to bag a day.

About a month ago I started doing keto again and I felt great so following that up I started working out. When you work out your body starts to hurt a little bit and I wanna do figure out the best way to make sure that I was getting enough nutrition. So course I want online and I started looking things up and all I kept coming back to was this book.

Know when I started my journey a couple few years ago I did come across this book. At the beginning it really really help me out with really understanding what being ketogenic is, being in ketosis, how it affected your body, how it turns fat into energy. This book is a wealth of knowledge.

So I started reading it again and learning later in life that it has a section in it about MS which readily pertains to my life at the current moment I can't put it down now. It goes with me everywhere.

Make sure that you're always teaching yourself, make sure that you're always learning. Education is it key you can never know have enough knowledge.

Did a workout thank you always coming through. Yesterday I did one of here hiit workouts and the brun feels so good I had to push myself today and do the harder moves. I felt so good, I still feel good. I love this lifestyle.⬆️⬆️⬆️

Got my new dove bra and its everything I thought it would be and more. After having the boys its been Really hard for me to find all sports bra that can hold my girls in place while I do workouts. Well, this bad girl right here can do it all. Comfy and good compression all at the same time. 💯💯💯

You can start to see the progress all my hard work has been going to and I couldn't be more happy. 😍😍😍🌟🌟🌟

Chocolate almond coconut fat bomb

2/3 c coconut creme
1/2 c coconut milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp swerve or your choice sweetener
1/3 c almonds
Top with coconut flakes

Stir coconut creme first. Add to parchment lined 8x8 pan. combine coconut milk, cocoa powder and sweetener. Pour over coconut creme spread out using a swirl like pattern. Add almonds amd coconut flakes freeze till hard. Let sit out 5 mins until slightly soft and enjoy.

Makes ten bars

Pre bar
9.1 g fat
1.6 g protein
1.5 g carbs
93.6 g calories

So I finally had a chance to try h**p pro 50. I have never had h**p before so I was worried when I tasted it alone and it was a little strong. But man oh man put it with an avocado and some coconut milk and you got your self the jam!!! It a does not dissolve in cold liquid. However you cant really feel it in your mouth it's not gritty or drying. Like most protein powders it has the protein feel 😁😁 I havent tried it with hot liquids yet so I'm not sure as to that will update with that asap. I'm not a huge fan of sweetener but if you like it it would make this even better. I highly recommend. I also wanna d that I used half a serving as I was nervous I wouldn't like it, I didn't want to waste any.

Ghee is the least likely dairy product to cause intolerance symptoms. During the clarification process of making ghee, the milk solids are almost entirely removed. Different ghees do vary, not only in flavor, but in quality. Very pure ghee (99 -99.5% pure butter oil) may have trace amounts of casein and lactose remaining, where as a lower quality may have a high percent is lactore and casein. Thankfully,unless a person is extremely sensitive, it will normally not cause problems, even if other dairy does.

Start by eliminating all dairy then slowly one at a time start to reintroduce dairy. By doing it one at a time you'll know which ones cause u discomfort. Experimenting to find the healthiest way is a journey all to it's own.
