I had two kids in less then 2 years I was pregnant for 20 months start. When I had my youngest I weighed 286 lbs 😱😱
I never took 📸 I didn't wanna wear anything but sweats & big tees. All I did all day was look at YT & Instagram & wish i looked like those girls. I don't remember how I came across it, but I came across the idea of keto & it changed my life. I had already started working out at this point. I found a great trainer 🏋️♀️ on YT that had these quick 7 min videos. When I started doing her workouts & noticing that I was losing inches I decided that I need to complement that with a change of my eating habits.
I started looking up all types of different eating habits online & the keto life style kept coming up. At this point I believe I weighed about 230lbs. I worked steady for about a year eating right and working out. I lost 80 pounds!! 🥶🥶
Then the unthinkable happened, my kids father left me. 😭😭 I hit rock bottom (eating wise) I didn't care how much or when I ate all I wanted to do was eat, gummies, candy, cakes, all the sugar, all the carbs, all the bad foods. Got back up to 170lbs, I felt horrible. ☠☠
That was about 2 years ago. Since then I have tried to pick it back up but haven't been able to. Then one day I think around june, one of my friends posted a workout video with these new workout clothes on, it motivated the heck out of me. The very next day I went & started working out agian!! This time it's more about making my body more fit💯💯💯 I love the community I am a part of now, it motivates me so much to push myself to be my best me!!🙌🙌💞💞🥑🥑🥩🥓🔥🔥🌈🌈
