Last night was more than a Christmas party ๐ŸŽ„ It was a celebration of community, memories, and a beautiful transition. Closing the studio doors while opening a new chapter online feels bittersweet, but the love in that room reminded me that this community isnโ€™t a place, itโ€™s the people. 1. Sit comfortably with a long spine.
2. Rest your left hand on your lap.
3. Use your right thumb to close your right nostril.
4. Inhale through the left nostril.
5. Gently switch: close the left nostril with your ring finger.
6. Exhale through the right.
7. Inhale through the right.
8. Switch again.
9. Exhale through the left.
