Santosha invites us to rest in gratitude, to find contentment not in whatโ€™s next but in what is. Peace is the quiet strength that keeps you centered, grounded, and connected to your purpose. But peace doesnโ€™t always protect itself. It requires awareness, boundaries, and sometimes brave conversations.
