After months of bouncing back and forth between Instagram accounts, the time has come to say goodbye to . When I was building my yoga business amidst the pandemic, New England Yogi took center stage. As life has evolved, I’ve realized more and more that while my yoga is still a big part of my life, my brand is bigger than that. My brand is myself - doing all the things that make me who I am, including but not limited to yoga. Plus I can’t keep up with two Instagram accounts!

So moving forward, all my updates will be posted on my original account, .llamo.gato. Follow over there to stay in the loop!

We’re finally kicking off tomorrow at 9 am!! Bring a sweatshirt and I’ll see you at the Dustbowl!!

Less than two weeks ‘til we kick off Yoga by the Sea 2023!! Looking forward to seeing all your friendly faces out there at The Dustbowl and hopefully a few new ones too!

All Levels welcome! Seriously, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or savasana (that little nap at the end) is your most advanced pose, there is a place for you on the field! Don’t have a mat? Bring a beach towel! Have a physical limitation? I’ve got variations and props for every pose! Nervous about what you will look like out there having no idea what you’re doing? So is everyone else 😉 and your yoga practice is about YOU and only you.

After our first class we will gather at for a little breakfast. Coffee or tea on me for anyone who attends yoga first! See you there!

You may have guessed it, but Yoga by the Sea is returning for its 4th season! Join us at the Dustbowl every Saturday this summer at our *new* time, 9-10am!

Remember when I used to post all these cute little reels about my wine business? Well, I may have less time to get creative these days, but the wine business is still very much alive!

Those of you who know Scout & Cellar know the difference drinking a clean wine can make. No added sugar, no pesticides or chemical additives, low amounts of sulfites. I can enjoy a glass of wine again without the instant headache, and on sunny days like today it’s hard to resist a crisp white with a book on the porch!
