Increase your air quality around the house by adding some plants. Plants will take in the carbon dioxide you exhale and produce some good ol' oxygen. Plants also take out a lot of toxins in the air for you (isn't that nice of them?!).
At night plants will breath just like humans, taking in oxygen and releasing carbon dioxide. HOWEVER, there are some plants that do the opposite and will take in CO2 at night and release oxygen. Put these particular ones in your bedroom for some awesome healthy breathing at night.
Not only will plants clean your air, but they have been shown to decease stress levels.

Work stress is a major contributor to bad health. It weakens our immune system. A lot of people spend more time at work than with loved ones (eek, but not by choice of course!). We are always in the "go go go" mode. Don't make your system fight for 8-10 hours straight, that's not nice.
Take moments to stop and breath. Look around, view or listen to something aesthetically pleasing for a bit. Utilize your break time to get some fresh air and sun. This winter has been wicked good to us so far here in Boston! don't take it for granted!

It's getting cold and that means it's time to boost that immune system of yours. Some immune boosting foods that most definitely need to be upped in your diet: Garlic, onions, dark berries, mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, tea, sweet potatoes, carrots, turmeric, chia, and WATER.
