Your body is brilliantly designed with a built-in survival priority list:

🫁 Breathing: The foundational life force — and one of the most powerful tools for healing and nervous system regulation.

After doing additional research following our first “Just Breathe” update, I discovered even more powerful information about how your breathing impacts healing — specifically the role of nitric oxide, one of the most important molecules your body produces.

And the simplest way to boost it?
👉 Slow, deep nasal breathing.

🧪 A quick history of nitric oxide (NO) — and why it matters

Nitric oxide wasn’t even discovered as a key health molecule until the late 1980s.
By 1998, its importance was so great that three scientists won the Nobel Prize in Medicine for uncovering how NO helps regulate circulation, blood pressure, immune function, and cellular repair.

It’s been called:

“The Miracle Molecule”

“The Body’s Natural Vasodilator”
