"Do unto others as they would do unto you" has been my motto since I was probably 10yrs old. I read that, and something about it stuck with me.
It meant treating others as nicely as you treat yourself, but in 2026, IT NEEDS TO COME FULL CIRCLE. "TREAT YOURSELF AS YOU WOULD TREAT OTHERS". No matter their status, title, achievements, we are all Spiritual Beings, all from Source.

Then again, there are a lot of people wishing no one treats them the way they treat others 😂.
Do right by yourself everytime, we are all ONE.

That's a lot of what the last shedding was about in 2025.
Do not let old habits and ways destroy the future you want for yourself.
Be aware of your vision and how great it is, do not measure it up to anyone else's. Be aware of it, go all out for it, fight for it. No one else will if you don't. Believe in yourself.
Do right by yourself - everytime.

I almost slipped today, but God is good.
My guides stepped in to avoid a destruction.
Blessed to have a mom that reminded me of the Angel I am. Keep forgiving, keep loving, keep growing, stay in truth, honor your word, be loyal to yourself first, then you will be loyal to others.

My mom is an incredible woman, and she has raised incredible children.
And she is showing me what Honoring Love is about and Honoring Ones Spirit and Ones word to one's self.

We are ALL ONE.

YOUR RELATIONSHIPS ALWAYS IMPACT YOUR HEALTH, Well, if you let it!!!

Relationship issues esp with loved ones have the greatest capacity to wreck our health and nervous systems, and sometimes, chasing other root cause and supplements, may be a lost cause or an unnecessary long journey.

Not a relationship expert, BUT EVERY RELATIONSHIP NEEDS GOD - SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE.

Sometimes Your Health and it's downward spiral may be due to your relationship, and no it is not about it being your partner's fault.
It is about your Health & Wellness is your responsibility.

Sometimes -
🙏🏾 It is a toxic dynamic that needs to be detoxed
🙏🏾 It is an old and faulty mindset taken on from past generations and the world.
🙏🏾 Sometimes it is a generational curse
🙏🏾 It could be a Karmic relationship that needs resolution
🙏🏾 Sometimes it is a Spiritual attack - more common than most know, because people are too scared to see that the world is really made of Spirits in human bodies. Smh
🙏🏾And Sometimes, it is you who needs to do the maturing, growing and upleveling Your lifestyle and health to make everything better.

Sometimes, it takes a spiritual eye to see BEyond the physical to let people truly see and understand what is going on...

So many give up before they ever get to their AHA moment to make their relationships work.
Trust me, I have been there myself.

Social Media and the internet is great,
And it may have you buying into other people's beliefs about their relationship issues, like yours is the same, when in fact, it isn't!

What is Beauty really ?
How can something so simple as Gratitude bring more beauty into our lives, into our bodies and soul and really make one beautiful.

It begs for us to really understand what BEauty as a vibration really means. It has nothing to do with looks.

There are some people who don't need to look good, but when you catch just a glimpse of their Soul - the BEauty that transcends has no words, and it's one born from BEing able to remain soft through hardness of life.

And oh, it almost got me. BITTERNESS tried to become my middle name, and oh, it hurt my body, and it is so not worth it. I was not built for that s**t to stay in me for any amount of time. It is so ugly and it shows externally too.

I had to shift my focus, reset and remember who I really am, and recognize Life is not meant to make you stop BEING beautiful, you are here to BE beautiful and share that BEauty of LOVE with others.

Gratitude for Life and all its offerings, as I ask, as we ask for more LOVE, more GUIDANCE, more PROTECTION, more HARMONY, more LIFE, more BEAUTY, more GREAT HEALTH - more, from a space of GRATITUDE.
