Real results. Real confidence. ✨ Sciton’s Forever Clear BBL uses blue light to target acne bacteria and yellow light to reduce active inflammatory acne. The treatment helps prevent new breakouts and minimizes the appearance of scars, providing a comprehensive solution for clear and healthy skin.

One of our beautiful medical assistants has been struggling with acne breakouts and despite trying other treatments, could not see improvements to her skin. We have done 2 Forever Clear BBL Acne treatments so far and will continue to treat her—love these results for her.

Serving as the invaluable liaison that keeps everyone up to date and all treatments running like clockwork, Patient Care Specialist Melissa McCartney has her job cut out for her during the non-stop days at Plumped. Laser Recovery Tips:
☀️ Stay out of the Sun. Due to skin sensitivity and the top layer(s) of the skin being removed, it is best to avoid sun exposure 2-4 weeks post

🧼 Use a gentle cleanser to cleanse skin for 1 week post. To avoid skin irritation, it is best to avoid active ingredients or anything with exfoliating properties.

🧊 Reduce swelling and inflammation in the first 48 hours by avoiding alcohol & incorporating anti-inflammatory foods to your routine.

💤 Sleep with head slightly elevated for the first 24-48 hours as this can aid in the reduction of swelling.

💊 Take an antihistamine to further reduce swelling & inflammation in the first 24-48 hours.

These procedures can often tax the nervous system so rest is imperative for proper recovery. 1 week goes by quickly in the grand scheme & soon you’ll be enjoying your new glowing skin!

Whether the goal is to balance out your complexion or to maintain your results, consistency is key 🗝 in skincare and helps expedite results. When enhancing the function of the skin, real results can take 4-6 weeks to see changes on a cellular level.

🗝 Apply skincare products in order of thinnest to thickest consistency to maximize product absorption.

🗝Stay the course! Much like working out, it takes the skin time to build a solid foundation. Results don’t happen overnight-but you can do it 💪🏼

This was done using a Precision PLUS Medium-Depth Peel to target uneven pigment.
As we continue through peel season, it is important to note they work best with proper home care. If the skin is prepped and ready to receive the peel you will yield better results. Also using proper home-care helps protect the skin and keep your skin on a healthy pathway towards recovery and post-peel results.
