Meet our newest Patient Care Specialist, Melissa McCartney!
Serving as the invaluable liaison that keeps everyone up to date and all treatments running like clockwork, Patient Care Specialist Melissa McCartney has her job cut out for her during the non-stop days at Plumped. Thankfully, she’s as talented at multitasking as she is knowledgeable about the endless services and treatments available at Plumped.
Following more than 14 years as a Licensed Aesthetician—and with an intimate understanding of specialized treatments, devices, and products—Melissa leans on her compassion for others and industry experience to identify and coordinate services tailored to the needs of every patient. Her people and communication skills are abundantly apparent with every relationship she builds and nurtures at Plumped.
Ever the enthusiast for holistic wellness, Melissa is trained as a hot yoga instructor and Reiki Level 1 certified. Her professional passion for healthy living flows seamlessly into her personal life, training for races, hiking, and practicing yoga. When she’s not breaking a sweat, you can find her spending quality time with her husband, two young boys, and pup… or making a mean charcuterie board, of course!
