Mastering the hinge is better than any rehab exercise you’ll find

If your hips don’t move well, the load has to go somewhere

It’s usually the low back

One of my online clients came to me because he had pain deadlifting in the past, and unsure how to progress

He avoided loading the low back and hips in his training

He had back pain and it started affecting his every day activities

He started avoiding bending over and playing with his son

We started working on hinging and developing tolerance to loading the low back
