For a long time, I didn’t. 👀
I just thought I needed to push harder, stay positive, and keep going. 💪
What I didn’t realize back then was this:
Those mind blocks were quietly running the software of my mind (AKA my subconscious). 🧠
In 2018, while reading “Mindf*ck” by Petra Bock, something hit close to home. 💡
I clearly saw myself in two patterns: Denial and Over-Motivation. 🚨
I was ignoring my inner signals…🙈
Staying busy instead of being honest…🙉
Convincing myself everything was fine because I felt driven. 🙊
Seeing that wasn’t comfortable, but it was freeing. 🌟
What stayed with me most was the simple 3-step method the book introduced to work through these patterns. 📚
Not by forcing change, but by creating awareness. ✨
Later, when I launched BeYu Wellness, one thing was clear to me:
I wanted to bring this framework into my coaching, not to label or categorize people, but to help them observe themselves without judgment. 🔍
