What would you do to find happiness?🤔
For a long time, my answer was simple.
I moved.🚚
By 2019, I had lived across 3 continents and 10 cities.🌎
On the outside, it looked like curiosity and growth.🌱
On the inside, there was a pattern I hadn’t noticed yet.♻️
Whenever I felt unsettled, I looked outward.👀
A new city felt like a fresh start.🗽
A new job felt energizing. 💼
A new date felt exciting. 💕
Each change brought a short burst of happiness. ✨
And then the same tension returned. ⚡️
Different place.📍
Same feeling. 🎭
That’s when I realized something uncomfortable. 💡
I wasn’t moving for adventure alone.
I was chasing happiness.🎯
My mind had learned to associate happiness with external change.
So when discomfort showed up, I didn’t question my perception.🧠
I changed my environment.
Later in 2019, during my first NLP training, the pattern finally became clear.💎
Outdated mental programs were shaping how I interpreted my life, quietly convincing me that happiness lived somewhere else.
Somewhere next. ⏩
Once I understood how perception works, I had leverage. ✅
Not instantly.⏱️
But intentionally. 🔍
Today, I help my clients notice these same patterns so they can Unlearn, Relearn, and Evolve from the inside out. 🌀
