The self can be your biggest enemy and manipulator of all.

It's important to smash the lie of perfectionism and to surround yourself with growth.

In your relationships, your habits, your language...not perfection, growth.

On days where your mindset is weakened, your training kicks in and with faith and perseverance,

There is no such thing as luck.

Healing, growing, learning, soaring...doesn't happen in the blink of an eye or on some platter.

There is intention,
Hard work,
Sweat, tears, and discipline.

It's doing what you haven't done to get where you have never been.

33 years old, and I am a proud owner of not just a four leaf clover, but both a four leaf and FIVE leaf!!!

You see in this life,
Everything can change in an instant and when least expected...

Belief in my destiny is the root of my very hope...and discipline is the root that makes my harvest plentiful.

I may not see the result today, but today I am moving towards my destiny one intentional step after the other.

I believe in hard work.
I believe in intention.
I believe that laughter is medicinal.
I believe that dancing in the morning, changes my day.
I believe in love.
I believe in pain.
I believe.

I believe, and therefore I AM.

Life can really be rich in the smallest moments...

If you look a little bit closer,
Each day a gift,
Each moment a present,
You will see the canvas that is life within and all around you...

The delicate joyful ways of nature.

A beautiful finch as it hangs under the sunflower plucking the seeds,
Climbing to the top for what seems a perfect plate for his seedy lunch.

The finch doesn't worry about what tomorrow holds or the road ahead,
The finch is disciplined, and he is joyful. Joyful to just, be.
And to be the finch, wild and free.

Covid took quite a bit from me,
I struggled to watch and post this video.

I lost weight I didn't want to lose.

I lost my ability to smell, to taste.

I went into a deep depression,
I lost my hope.

But today as the rain fell,
I was reminded of the seasons.

So I gave myself love and I let myself feel life as it fell cold on my skin,
And I danced.

I danced again.

I have so many reasons to dance today,
And they are all human.
I have friends that are family and it chokes me up to be loved the way that I am.

A special thank you to sean, for just being who you are and changing the world with your friendship.

Cheers to friends that became family and that bring hope to us all.

I'm back on my feet today, and here to say that HOPE WINS!!!!

A good friend and mentor recently told me to stop calling myself a coach...
That it was more than that.
I couldn't find an answer at that time,
But I have came to realize I am a but a tool that helps lead people to their spiritual awakening,
As I stay present to the call.
What a great responsibility I must share.
Spiritwaker!

Some are brilliant at painting, producing music, fixing cars, daily interactions at a front desk with the human race, we all have a gift to share.
And I think it's beautiful when people find a way to take what they have, and give it to others and even make a living in what they do best.

I absolute thrive at speaking life into your darkness, in a deep, joyful and practical way.
I have been practicing for over 6 years, and there is nothing else that will ever feel right again other than helping others.

Most people will spend 100-300 on their appearance without hesitation...
I don't know who needs to hear this but,

Invest in your spirit, your mind AND your body.
