Here is a list of all the beach yoga classes I am teaching on Wednesday night at PCH and 14st this summer. These are community donation classes so there is no set price. Such a great way to end the day. Wear layers because it can get chilly. Bring a mat or towel and some water. No need to sign up. Just come! All ages and all levels welcome. Did I mention this makes the perfect date night??? Stick around after class and check out the sunset over the water
