So much magic was created last night at the manifesting with sol event with I’m going to process it all today at the park with my handpan and some divine dance movement in nature so that I can put it all into words to share with you.

All I know is that sharing my music with others is one of the most rewarding and joyful things that I have ever found.

Becoming brave enough to start sharing it over the past 9 years has been so healing. Each time i play music for people, I find myself unraveling a little more and opening up my heart in bigger and more beautiful ways.

Speaking my intention into this sun tea as part of the manifesting ritual was beyond powerful

Ready to relax???

FRIDAY NIGHT at 6:30pm join us for a soundbath meditation that will have you sleeping better, feeling calmer, more relaxed… and recharged

Curious about the benefits of soundbaths??

It’s not just about enjoying the pleasant sounding music… Sound therapy is a scientifically proven healing modality!

The soothing sounds help to re-tune your brain to better cope with stress by replenishing brain energy with high-frequency sound.

Much of the way you feel is connected to signals that your brain sends throughout the body. A body under stress feels tired and fatigued.

Sound healing works by activating the parasympathetic nervous system which is the opposite of the stress fight or flight response. It slows down your breath rate, your heart rate and even your brainwaves.

During a soundbath, you will shift first into the alpha brain state. Here, you receive insights very easily. If you’re feeling stuck, a soundbath can help you free yourself from doubt + gain momentum.

Next you go into the theta state, which is a brain state that promotes accelerated healing.

Digestive issues, depression, and joint pains are all related to stress and anxiety. When soothing sounds vibrate around the body, it creates a healing environment where the body and mind start to heal itself.

Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century.

It’s based on the idea that we all have an unseen “life force energy” that flows through our bodies.

Reiki practitioners are able to channel this energy and direct it to encourage a healing response in the body.

Allow whatever is coming up for healing to rise to the surface of your awareness

This present moment is holding space for your current layer of healing as you step out of the confines of your past limiting beliefs and behaviors.

And step into the next version of yourself.

The world around you is mirroring exactly what you need to see/hear/feel to support you in this current layer of healing.
