Developmental Therapy Center is proud to be a West Virginia Birth to Three provider. This statewide program offers essential services and supports for children under the age of three who have developmental delays or may be at risk, along with guidance and support for their families.

We are grateful for the opportunity to work alongside these incredible children during such an important stage of life. Through early intervention, we help build strong foundations that support growth, independence, and lifelong success.

It's a community coming together to support children and adults with disabilities, ensuring they receive access to life-changing therapy services. As Week of the Young Child comes to a close, we are celebrating the incredible potential of every child and the importance of supporting development from the very beginning.

Developmental Therapy Center is proud to serve as a Birth to Three provider, offering early intervention services that help infants, toddlers, and families build skills, meet milestones, and thrive in their natural environments and daily routines.

April is Occupational Therapy Month! We are proud to celebrate DTC’s incredible OT team.

At Developmental Therapy Center, our occupational therapists bring a high level of clinical expertise along with compassion and intention to every session. Through individualized treatment plans, they support the development of fine motor skills, sensory processing, activities of daily living, and functional independence. From the smallest milestones to the biggest breakthroughs, they are there every step of the way.

We are truly grateful for the dedication and heart our occupational therapy team pours into the patients and families we serve.

April is Autism Acceptance Month, and at Developmental Therapy Center, we are proud to celebrate the amazing children and families we serve.

Today, we are honored to spotlight Troy, a remarkable young man who brings so much joy, personality, and light to those around him. His smile, his strengths, and the unique way he experiences the world are all part of what makes him so incredible.

Autism acceptance is about more than awareness. It is about embracing, valuing, and celebrating each child for exactly who they are. At DTC, we believe every child deserves to be seen, supported, included, and loved for their individual gifts.

It takes a community to create Easter magic, and we are so thankful for the one that surrounds DTC.

We would like to thank the wonderful organizations who helped make DTC’s Easter festivities so special by donating candy and trinket-filled eggs. Your generosity brought so much joy to the children and families we serve.

Because of your support, our Eggciting Egg Hunt and Egg My Lawn events were filled with smiles, laughter, and unforgettable moments. We are truly thankful for each and every supporter for joining hands with DTC.

Although Easter has come and gone, we are still feeling so much gratitude for everyone who helped make this season so special for our families and community.

A heartfelt thank you to Hope's Place Child Advocacy Center and their incredible chocolate vendors for generously donating such a beautiful assortment of delicious chocolates for our participants to enjoy at our Eggciting Egg Hunt. Your kindness added an extra layer of joy to the day and made each moment even more memorable!

A little behind the scenes of DTC’s Peeps in action 🐰🥚

While little ones were fast asleep, our Peeps were hopping lawn to lawn, spreading eggcitement and creating Easter magic in the quiet of the night. From carefully placed eggs to those final finishing touches, it is safe to say they had a great time… and it shows!

We are so grateful for each and every Peep who gave their time and energy to make these moments possible. Your hearts for our community truly shine.

DTC’s Peeps are gearing up to bring some eggcitement to little ones while they sleep!

If you ordered Egg My Lawn, keep an eye out this evening as our Peeps hop through neighborhoods in their bright orange vests and flashlights. It is also a good idea to give your neighbors a friendly heads-up so everyone is in on the fun.

We can’t wait for little ones to wake up to their Easter morning surprises!🐰
