This Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month, I want to take a moment to honor someone who changed my life: Pat Longo, my teacher, mentor, and dear friend. In June, we lost Pat to pancreatic cancer, but her teachings, her laughter, and her wisdom continue to resonate with everyone who had the honor of knowing her.

Pat appeared on my podcast, Unique Peace, to share her journey and the lessons she learned along the way. Listening to her speak is a reminder of the courage it takes to face the unknown and the grace with which she did it.
