I just want to share this person with you as inspiration.

He started his weight loss journey on .d.mullins team and has since lost 100lbs and completely changed his life to the point he now is one of my teammates for the 1st Phorm App remote team, for helping change peoples lives for the better.

He is so inspiring, dedicated, and just an overall super nice person and so funny!

I love working with him!

I’m so proud of him and happy he made the decision to change his life and continue that path bc now we get to work together all the time! 🤗

So many great things can lye ahead of you when you make the choice to put your health first.

Some key pointers in your nutrition is getting more protein to aid in muscle tissue and assist in burning body fat while staying within your caloric deficit for the day.

The only way to know how much protein and how many calories you’re truly consuming is if you track it.

It’s kind of like budgeting and balancing your finances. If you don’t know how much is coming in and going out, how are you going to know what you need to save and spend on necessities?

Well if you’re on a health journey and trying to gain muscle and/or lose body fat wouldn’t it be nice to know exactly what you should and shouldn’t be consuming in order to take the most linear path to your goals?

Otherwise you’re just shooting in the dark, working in circles, and taking unsustainable approaches that will get you right back where you started.

Tracking is a simple means to the end goal and allows you more freedom and the ability to get off the “diet roller coaster”

Bc with bloating and bad digestion usually also accompanies being tired, no energy, cravings, and just over all feeling blah. And I don’t know about you but I do NOT like feeling that way!

Down for the count and sick but thought this would be a good teaching lesson for those of you on your health journey and tis the season for all the illnesses.

Just bc you get sick doesn’t mean all is lost and to just quit on your health journey, whether that is losing body fat, gaining muscle, both, or just getting healthier.

It is inevitable that you’ll get sick. Being down a few days or even a week doesn’t = quitting.

I agree it does make it a little tough to get a lot of protein in bc I barely eat when I’m sick. I more so like some broth, soup, and water. But I will still get some protein in with my Vegan Power Pro in hot tea or in some oatmeal to help get some in.

Feeling like crap doesn’t equate to the excuse to eat like crap though. That’s not going to help.

If I feel like crap I don’t go workout and i focus on rest and vitamins to help my body bounce back faster and not break down my immune system further. When you train regularly, you’ll be just fine to miss a workout in the event you’re sick.

The trick, get right back on the wagon as soon as you feel better!

Everyone I work with there truly makes it so welcoming and so great that it helps so much that I’m gone from my family for a week at a time.

When you’re doing your passion and what you love and the people you work with are amazing… can’t beat it!! ❤️

I love birthdays. It’s just fun and dang it you made it alive another year 😂

It’s what you do with that time that matters. Focus on the things you can control and try to be better today than you were yesterday.

Though these years birthdays look a lot different than they used to 😂

Adding protein to your breakfast is a great way to kick start your nutrition for the day! 😃

A super fast and easy way to add more protein is by putting a scoop of protein in your coffee!

I use Vegan Power Pro (as I have a severe dairy sensitivity) but otherwise you could use Level-1 (a sustained assimilation whey protein isolate), and it makes your coffee or hot tea taste so great without the extra added sugar and fats that add up so quickly!

Let it cool just a couple minutes, add a scoop, and use a milk frother to blend it and it’ll be all smooth and creamy!

See no need to waste your time and calories in that Starbucks line! (Oh and this would be more cost effective too 😜)
