We have Moderna COVID vaccines in the clinic. Please call 479-738-1700 to schedule an appointment. Must be 18 years of age, and must bring a form of identification and must bring insurance card, if you are insured. You may still get the vaccine at our clinic if you are uninsured. There is no cost to patient for the vaccine.

We now have the rapid covid 19 test ! You can pull into the parking lot at johnson 9273100 or madison county medical and surgical clinic 7381700 and call and we will come to your car and do the test . In 15 minutes we will have the results . If you are positive we can treat you .

Just a reminder, if you traveled over the holiday, you should be COVID swabbed 3-5 days after traveling per recommendations of Dr. Fauci. This will allow early detection and may prevent a hospitalization. We have testing in our clinic, that is covered by insurance. We also have funding for the uninsured. Walk-ins welcome, but please stay in your car and call the front desk (479-738-1700) and notify staff that you want a COVID swab. Thanks y’all and stay safe!

Don’t forget that covid 19 is not going away anytime soon. Avoid crowds and wear your mask as much as you can tolerate . Most people with covid 19 have no idea where they contracted it. The incubation period is 3 to 10 days after contact . We now have so many cases that contact tracing is of little value . If you would like to be checked just drive into the parking lot and call 738-1700 .

We have a drive through flu shot event every wed all day. You do not have to be our patient to get your immunization. The flu shot is highly recommended this year by the CDC The disease combo of flu and covid 19 is especially dangerous .

We are testing about 40 folks a week thru our parking lot drive thru for both the active disease (swab) and /or the blood test (antibodies IgG and IgM ) Results back in 48 hours . The charge is via televisit fee which for most means no out of pocket expense . We have around 20 positive tests a week. If your test is positive we give you the up-to- date recommendations by phone . All who have come in contact ( within 6feet of a known positive case ) should be tested 7-10 days later. We also provide contact tracing tests . If you have a business we can bring our testing crew to your site . Our combined clinic efforts (with our Johnson Clinic) have reached over a thousand people so far for testing in madison and washington county.

We now have the ability to run the covid19 test for active infection for all who desire to have it done . We also can run the antibody test to see if u have had the disease . Friends, Family, and Patients, our clinic will remain open during the Corona virus outbreak. For the safety of all our patients, we ask that if you have any symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath or upper respiratory infection, do not enter the building. Please remain in your car and call the office at 479-738-1700. A nurse will then come to your car and attend to you. Please also take the necessary precautions to cover your face, such as a bandana, to protect our nurses. We also request no additional visitors in the waiting room, patients only. Essential supplies are limited nationwide and we must use our resources responsibly.

PRP (platelet rich plasma) is a newer therapy where blood is removed from the patient and spun down and these cells are then injected back into the patient's damaged or injured area of the body. The PRP is used to stimulate healing of the damaged tissue. Dr. John Kendrick is now performing this service. This service is covered by state employees health insurance.
