We are hopping with excitement to announce our March employee of the month is Sydney! Sydney became an RBT in September of last year and has grown leaps and bounds in her behavior analytic skills in the past 7 months. She came into the job with great attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn and connect with those around her. Since being here, we have been able to fully appreciate her ability to build meaningful connection with each client she works with and willingness to help others. We also really appreciate her questions, from thoughtful behavior analytic ones to polling the team about what color best suits them. It certainly brightens the clinic's day!

In addition to working as an RBT, Sydney is an active member of her church and is working on her bachelor's degree in theology. We are so happy to have her here with us and can't wait to see how she continues to grow! Thank you, Sydney!

Before we fully say goodbye to 2025, we have one more announcement from last year: Chloe is our December 2025 employee of the month! Chloe joined All Children Can Learn at the end of the summer and has quickly shown her ability to demonstrate out of the box thinking, consistent expectations individualized for each of her clients, and her ability to work well with her fellow RBTs to help clients reach their best outcomes. We greatly appreciate her hard work and dedication in the few short months she has been with us, and are so excited to see how much she has learned in such a short time!

Chloe graduated with her Bachelor's degree from Tougaloo College in psychology. She plans to attend University of South Alabama this fall to get her Master's of Science in Psychology, and we know her future clients will be getting a dedicated professional who will help contribute to meaningful improvements to their lives. Thank you again Chloe for the great energy you bring into the clinic each day and we know you will do great things in the months and years to come!

Anytime you feel the need to clean out the old toys to make room for the new, we'd love to have what you don't use!

We are especially in need of toys for the 4-10 age range for girls to play with. Right now anything that resembles a doll, pet shop, or dress up is very popular but in somewhat limited supply at the clinic. We could also always use leogs or similar building blocks - building is a popular activity for all kids!

We are thankful to announce our November employee of the month is Bailey! Bailey is a wonderful part of our team at ACCL and has been with us for almost two years working as an RBT. She is always a calm and reassuring presence for clients of all ages and does especially well with the older children working on social and emotional skills. In addition to helping out clients, Bailey is also supportive of her teammates and a source of encouragement for everyone she works with.

Bailey is currently working on her Bachelor's degree in psychology from Purdue Global. After she completes her bachelor's degree, she plans to start the master's program in applied behavior analysis and work to become a BCBA. We are beyond excited that she wants to continue in the field and can't wait to see the further impact she will have as she gains even more clinical experience and skills!

We had so much fun at Temple and East Central handing out bags for trunk or treat 😁 It was a fun Halloween at the clinic and away from the clinic. Love being able to be a part of our community!

Happy Halloween! We had a great time at the clinic with the Cat in the Hat, Mama-saurus, Rapunzel, Ms. Frizzle, Mothman, and Red Riding Hood, along with all our superhero, princess, cartoon, and animal friends. We hope everyone has a fun and safe Halloween!

We are happy to announce Molly is our October employee of the month! This is especially fitting, as she made most of the spooky Boo-havior shirts our staff have been wearing this month. 😁Apart from her talents with t-shirt designs, Molly graduated this summer with her Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is currently completing her supervision hours and studying for the BCBA exam so she can continue working for ACCL as a BCBA.

Even though she is done with school, Molly continues to work hard to learn all the tools and strategies to be the best BCBA she can be, and we are so proud of the commitment she makes to each child she works with. She brings creativity and passion to her sessions, and we love the activities she comes up with that help make learning so fun and individualized for each of her clients. We can't wait to see what new things Molly will bring to the clinic as she continues her journey with a career in ABA!
