I am a compassionate and mission-driven therapist with over seven years of experience in behavioral health, supporting individuals across the lifespan. My clinical background includes working in residential treatment, inpatient and outpatient treatment, crisis response, substance use recovery, senior care, and rehabilitation settings. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions and co-occurring disorders. My therapeutic approach is rooted in person-centered care, with integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques. I strive to create a collaborative, safe and affirming environment where clients feel genuinely seen and heard. I believe in meeting clients where they are. Hear me loud and clear. There isnt any job or career worth wrecking your nervous system over. When a job or career keeps your nervous system on high alert your heart, mind, and soul is paying the ultimate price. Burn out, anxiety or an autoimmune disease shouldn’t be your portion. The God I serve said rest and I’m resting.😌

FYI: If you die today all the company is going to do is replace you and send an email stating condolences. Remember the business goes on.

This isn’t in relation to my career. I love my career and what I do. I would also suggest having more than 1 stream of income. Your primary job or career should never be the reason that you remain in a toxic or stressful environment. If you are deceased or stressed you wont even be able to spend or enjoy the money anyway.

I just hear a lot of my clients talking about work stress. I will tell my clients in a minute, “sounds like we need to find somewhere else to work.” My line is. “Sounds like either you or your job is depleting you, which one are you needing to change?”.
