Did you know kids aged 12+ can absolutely learn CPR: and they’re awesome at it! 🚦 More families and schools are asking for youth-focused CPR classes, and we’re here for it. Teaching CPR to teens and tweens doesn’t just build life-saving skills, it boosts their confidence to spring into action if someone needs help. Plus, it turns training into an energetic, memorable experience (think high-fives instead of yawns).

It can happen anytime, anywhere: and most likely at home: sudden cardiac arrest strikes over 350,000 people each year in the U.S., and nearly 90% of those cases are fatal. But here's the lifesaving truth: Immediate bystander CPR can triple a person’s chance of survival.

Every minute counts. According to the American Red Cross, for every minute CPR and AED use are delayed, the chance of survival drops by 7-10%. That’s why knowing what to do in the first 2 minutes matters so much.

Hands-Only CPR is easy to learn: call 9-1-1 and push hard and fast in the center of the chest: no mouth-to-mouth needed. Whether you’re at home, work, or out in the community, your quick action could make the ultimate difference for someone you love.

Did you know that over 10,000 cardiac arrests happen in U.S. workplaces every year? In those critical first few minutes, the difference between life and death often comes down to a simple question: how fast can someone grab an AED?

Many organizations invest in AEDs, but too often they're tucked away or just out of reach when seconds matter most. The reality: every minute without defibrillation can decrease survival chances by 7-10%.
