The policy that dictates mental healthcare is fundamentally broken. Right now, insurance usually won't pay for a preventative check-in; they only pay once a problem is diagnosed. This forces many therapists to resort to unethical practices, giving clients unnecessary labels just to get reimbursed.

At Eye In Me, we operate outside of that system to offer true preventative care. Our Annual Behavioral Health Visit (ABHV) is a comprehensive, one-time check-in that requires no diagnosis—because your peace shouldn't depend on a policy loophole.

Stop waiting for a breakdown to get your breakthrough.

Book your ABHV on our website today: https://eyeinme.com/therapy-for-the-strong-friend/

Get the care you need, ethically and proactively.

What actually happens in a 60-minute Mental Health Check-In? We demystified the process so you know exactly what you’re investing in.

The Annual Behavioral Health Visit (ABHV) is not therapy. It's a structured check-in to proactively audit your mental wellness, so you can continue to show up as a high-performing Black leader and entrepreneur.

We walk through the 4 Pillars of your current mental landscape:

1. Strength & Successes: We find strengths that you may not know you have.
2. Identity & Context: Identifying how life may be shaping who you are.
3. Blindspots: We all have them, so we explore areas of risk that may be lurking in the unknown.
4. Future Goals: Aligning your mental wellness with your personal and professional ambitions.

This isn't about finding a diagnosis or giving unnecessary "labels" ; it’s about protecting your biggest asset—your mind.

Be proactive and schedule a check-in. Select your preferred provider and book immediately. https://eyeinme.com/therapy-for-the-strong-friend/

Strong People Need Strong People

Check on Your Strong Friend. It is more than a hashtag. For centuries, people have been celebrated for how “strong” they are. The ability to silently face adversity, support themselves, their friends and their family without complaining or asking for help has been reinforced as a quality to strive for. However, many people have ignored the darker side of , “strength.” Often times the strong friends are the forgotten friends. People become so dependent on their strong friend to the degree that they dont notice when their strong friend needs them to be a strong friend. Sometimes, your friends do notice.... but they are not equipped to help... not that they dont want to.... they just dont know how.

So, we are here for the strong friend. We offer life coaching and therapy for the strong friend. We understand that although you may not ask for help... you still need it.
