I use this book almost every time I make herbal products for myself or for family and clients.

Things I love:
-Easy to read and understand
-Simple and well explained instructions for medicine making

Child (ages 7-14):
2 tsp lotion
1 drop essential oil blend

Lemon Balm Massage and Wellness essential oil alternative to Vick's type rub

Adult:
1 tsp lotion (aloe vera gel works great too)
1 drop essential oil (your choice, Iuse Germ Fighter or Respir Aid from Plant Therapy)

Child ages 7-14
2 tsp lotion
1 drop essential oil of choice
*use only half the mixture on your child, a little goes a long way

As the season shifts it can be easy to find yourself feeling sluggish. Sweating helps get the lymph system moving! A steamy bath, time in the sauna, or exercise all help! I love to add 2-4 drops of essential oils to my bath like lemon or juniper berry essential oils.
