The Bayshore Bikeway is a bicycle facility that extends 24 miles around the San Diego Bay, providing a vital and scenic connection to tourist destinations in Downtown, San Diego, Coronado and Imperial Beach!

Catch a glimpse of the bike path and the COMING SOON, Bikeway Village, at Global Wellness Day on Saturday June 10th, with our 5K Friends & Family Bikeride.

One month from today, Pier South Resort will join nearly 3,000 locations around the world, to celebrate Global Wellness Day!!!

This year, events will begin at 10am and center on a Friends & Family 5-K Bike Ride from Pier Plaza to Bikeway Village; and back. Fitness instructors and a DJ will kick-off the day with a yoga- inspired stretches and a Zumba Ramp Up while the Farmer’s Market offers a variety of healthy and delicious food options. After the community bike ride, we will celebrate with a Historic Imperial Beach Group Photo, chair massages and fitness activities!

We look forward to seeing you a our third consecutive Global Wellness Day celebration!!

Global Wellness Day was established in Turkey as the “first” day dedicated to living well, and is now organized internationally by over 83 ambassadors from 86 different countries around the world!

With the slogan “One day can change your whole life,” we celebrate Global Wellness Day on the second Saturday of every June as an international day dedicated to the education and promotion of living well – mind body & soul.

This year we promote healthy and happy lifestyles at Pier South Resort, Autograph Collection with a FREE day of wellness activities, followed by our Friends & Family 5k Bike Ride. We hope to see you there as part of our LARGEST EVER IB GROUP BIKE-RUN-RIDE event!!

SAY YES again this year by joining us on a RECORD BREAKING bike ride through Imperial Beach!

We kick-off the day at 10am with fun wellness activities and snacks.
But don't be late, because we leave for our Community Bike Ride by 11am!!
