What is Corrective Exercise?

Corrective exercise is all about helping your body move the way it’s supposed to. A lot of pain and tightness comes from muscle imbalances, stiffness, or movement patterns that aren’t working well — not just injuries.

I work with clients to figure out what’s tight, what’s weak, and what needs to move better, then create a plan using mobility work, strengthening, and hands-on soft tissue work to help the body rebalance.

This can help with things like:
• Tight hips and shoulders
• Neck and upper back tension
• Knee or low back pain
• Posture issues
• Feeling stiff or “off” when you move

The goal isn’t just short-term relief — it’s helping you feel better and move better long-term.

If you’ve been dealing with nagging tightness or pain, corrective exercise might be exactly what you need.

I want to be 100% transparent in my practice from the get go:

I am NOT a licensed massage therapist, and I don’t represent my services as massage therapy. I provide muscle-focused bodywork based on my background as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and fitness professional.

My approach is rooted in understanding muscle function, movement patterns, and areas of tension, which allows me to offer targeted work to support mobility, recovery, and overall comfort.

If you need clinical, medical or luxury massage, a licensed massage therapist is the right fit and I can refer you to some great ones! If you want movement-based muscle work to support how your body feels and moves, that’s what I offer.

Just wanted to share about scheduling!

Because I offer a variety of services at different locations— including pilates, yoga, training, and massage— I don’t keep set “office hours.” Each session is scheduled individually so I can make sure there’s enough time and flexibility to meet each client’s needs.

Appointments are available Monday through Friday, and I schedule based on a combination of my availability and yours.

If you’re interested in booking, just send me a message and we’ll find a time that works. I want the scheduling process to be simple and flexible so you can get the care you need without feeling locked into limited time slots.
