Join us this Wednesday for a smooth out-and-back route β€” starting and ending at the track! πŸŸ’πŸ“

You’ve got two start time options:
⏰ 5:30 AM or 6:00 AM β€” your choice!

This route heads down past Bland Blvd and loops around Triangle pond. Perfect for all paces and easily adjustable for distance. 🚦

πŸ“† Thursday, November 6, is our next Miles and Pints event!

πŸ‘Ÿ Come join the Indee Run Club for a jog, and settle down for some drinks afterwards! The group meets in the parking lot behind Allerton at 5:30pm for a run followed by a social hour at the taproom afterwards! Newcomers are welcome.

🍺 There will be an informal group vote for "who had the most hustle" once the group returns to the warmth of the taproom. Winner will get their first pint free!

Meet us at the track at 6AM β€” we’re going to sweat, smile, and start the day strong πŸ’ͺ

Workout: β€œTrack 10s”
After each 400m lap, do:
πŸ”₯ 10 air squats
πŸ”₯ 10 sit-ups
πŸ”₯ 10 burpees

Repeat for 4–6 laps β€” your pace, your effort, your win!

Meet-up times: 5:00, 5:30, and 6:00 AM – pick the one that fits your schedule best.

πŸ“ Route: Starting at the First United Methodist parking lot, we’ll loop across the river and through the SW side before circling back. A nice mix of straightaways and turns to keep things interesting.

βœ… Bring your high-vis vest and headlamp (it’s still dark out early!)
βœ… Track your miles in Strava so we can cheer each other on
βœ… All paces welcome – come move your feet and start your day strong!
