2020 has been a challenging time for many people, and it doesn't look to be improving anytime soon. Changes at work, changes at school and changes in our communities have really impacted our home lives. Stress and anxiety seem to be at an all time high, taking a toll on our mental health.
In times like these, it is especially important to make time for yourself. Prolonged high levels of stress and anxiety can have a detrimental impact on both our mental health and physical well being. Massage therapy is an excellent way to decompress and has been shown to decrease stress and anxiety levels.
