I found my passion in personal health and fitness when I was diagnosed with a disorder called achalasia back in 2016 that left my body in a downward spiral. My body was weak and I had no energy to handle simple every day activities. Now, I am dedicated to the people that allow me to guide them along their path of wellness. I started my professional training career at LA Fitness for 2 years. Working in a big box gym helped me develop fast as a trainer because I was dealing with various types of body definitions and health issues in which made me a well-rounded health coach. I specialize in weight loss, muscle building, fat loss, functional training, nutrition and many other all-around wellness skills. I have degree in Health & Human Sciences and I am ACE Personal Training certified. I love helping people reach their goals and I am surely capable of doing the same for you! Time to Get Fixed!
