Calling all fellow community group homes and Transitional Housing families and partners.
Safe Passage Housing, Inc. will be having a 1st annual Community Fun Kickball and More Day.. The event will be held at Fredrick Douglas Park on Sept. 28th, 2025 from 1pm-6pm. This is a day for everyone, especially our residents to just come out and relax where they can just bring their families to share in some good clean sober fun.
We will be hosting a KICKBALL TOURNAMENT. Any group home or transitional home that wants to participate can contact me to get their team registered. The fee for each kickball team is $50 per team. Your team needs to have at least 7-8 players and a team captain. Each team member will have to sign a liability waiver or the house can sign for everyone on their team and you must provide your own shirts. We will take the first 4 teams who want to register. Two teams will play against each other and it's the first team to 10 wins and will battle the winner of the other two teams. Those two teams will play in a championship game. There will be a prize for the winning Kickball Champion!!! All proceeds will go toward the festivities for everyone for the day.
There will be other fun activities and games also going on that day for everyone to participate in that are free.
We will be providing free hot dogs, chips and drinks for everyone. So a potential head count is needed. If anyone wants to help provide any items that are welcomed and appreciated.
Also If anyone wants to be a sponsor for the day please contact me as it is greatly appreciated as well.
Let's make this a fun day that they will ALWAYS remember!!!
