Tonight's course on burnout is personal. For all of us.
TL;DR: Burnout is not your fault. You can stop expecting too much from yourself.
Research shows building psychological resilience is NOT what makes burnout go away. You don't need to be stronger. The systems need to better support OT professionals, all healthcare professionals, so we can do our jobs and sustain our own health. β€οΈβπ©Ή
