Friends and family, this announcement is so bittersweet. As of Friday January 21, 2022 our dear friend Dr. David indeed transitioned and he is now present with the Lord. Please keep Dr. David's family, friends, and The Word and Herb Clinic in your prayers as we all take time to process and adjust.

Homegoing and Celebration of Life Service for Dr. David Morgan

Viewing: 11am to 12pm

Service: 12pm to 1:30pm

Committal and Internment Service will be held at Crown Hill Cemetery
700 W. 38th Street Indianapolis, IN 46208
