PBS Kids’ Carl the Collector is making history again by introducing Paolo, a new character with autism who communicates using a speech tablet. Paolo, voiced by Odin Frost, represents non-speaking individuals and brings more representation in children’s television. Watch Paolo’s debut in the episode “A New Friend,” airing October 13.

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) to join our team. You will work closely with our clients, implementing individualized ABA programs designed by our BCBAs, while ensuring communication is accessible and engaging for clients who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing.

Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Collect and record accurate data during sessions
Support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas
Utilize ASL fluently during therapy sessions
Collaborate with team members, families, and supervisors

Qualifications:
Current RBT certification
Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
