🔥 Stronger, More Mobile Ankles = Better Movement!

Whether you’re running, lifting, or recovering from an ankle injury — ankle mobility and strength are key.

Try this quick ankle-focused routine 👇

1️⃣ Ankle Mobility Drills
Improve joint movement and reduce stiffness. Gentle circles and controlled dorsiflexion work great here!
2️⃣ Achilles Stretch
Loosen up tight calves and Achilles to improve your range of motion and prevent strain. Hold each stretch 30–45 sec.
3️⃣ Banded Plantar Flexion
Build strength through the ankle joint. Loop a resistance band around your foot and push through your toes for controlled reps.
4️⃣ 5-Point Star Balance Drill 🌟
Challenge your stability and coordination. Stand on one leg and reach to 5 different “points” on the ground — front, back, side, and diagonals.

1️⃣ Thoracic Extension — roll over a foam roller to mobilize your mid-back.
2️⃣ Bruegger’s Exercise — sit tall, open your chest, palms up, squeeze shoulder blades back.
