Kaci brings a diverse nursing background and a heart for hospice care, blending strong clinical skill with compassion and presence for patients and families. We’re excited to have her join our team and support patients during life’s most meaningful moments.

I am a registered nurse with a diverse background in hospital-based care, leadership, and community health, with experience spanning emergency nursing, nursing management, and school-based health services. My clinical foundation has been shaped by fast-paced, high-acuity environments as well as roles that emphasized continuity of care, patient advocacy, and family education.

I chose hospice nursing because it represents a return to the heart of why I became a nurse—to walk alongside patients and families during life’s most vulnerable moments, offering comfort, dignity, and compassionate presence. Hospice allows me to blend clinical skill with human connection, meeting people where they are and supporting not only physical needs, but emotional and spiritual ones as well.

Outside of work, I am a wife and mother who treasures time with my husband and children, and values faith, family, and creating a peaceful home life. Whether I’m spending time with my family, caring for our pets, or enjoying quiet moments of reflection, I believe those same values of presence, empathy, and grace carry over into the care I provide every day.

Grant serves as a Care Support Specialist and Office Coordinator, often being the first voice and face patients, families, and community partners connect with. He takes pride in helping people feel welcomed and supported from the very first interaction.

Grant is passionate about working in healthcare where he can make a meaningful difference and values creating a warm, supportive environment for both families and team members. Amy is returning to Paradigm as our Volunteer Coordinator after stepping away several years ago to foster teenagers with her family. During that time, she poured her heart into supporting many young lives and is grateful to be back serving in a role she truly missed.

Our chaplain team comes together for Coffee n Connect, a time to share insight, perspective, and experience as they continue growing in how they serve others.

They show up for families when it matters most. They listen deeply. They hold space when words fall short. They offer comfort, prayer, and perspective, always guided by each family’s beliefs and wishes.

Hospice care goes beyond medical support. Emotional and spiritual support matter just as much. Our chaplains help families find peace, connection, and strength, one meaningful moment at a time.
