We hold space for laboring bodies, big emotions, hard decisions, and sacred transitions.
But birth work was never meant to be done alone.

At IMBC, we believe doulas deserve the same care they offer, space to process, to rest, to grow, and to be human.

Holding space is not a one-way exchange.
It’s a collective practice.

We were so excited to have Tiana and Willie at Love Connections through Birth during our October workshop. Our goal is for couples of all backgrounds to come together and learn how to make their birth experience more intimate and personal.

Join us for our second round of the intimate, couples-centered, childbirth education class on February21st and 22nd. It is HIGHLY encouraged to attend both days. We hope to see you there!

In birth, they can ground a laboring mother.
In life, they can steady a tired parent, strengthen a marriage, or remind someone who they are when they’ve forgotten.

Words of affirmation tell us we are seen and valued.
Words of encouragement remind us we are capable and not alone.

Both matter.
Both can change how someone meets a difficult moment.
