Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in home health care and a passion for making a difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in their homes, including assessments, care planning, and implementing nursing interventions.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and document client health status, including vital signs and progress.

Educate clients and their families on health management and disease prevention.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Respond to medical emergencies and provide acute care as needed.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.

Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of home health care protocols.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
