Hello everyone I'm proud of all of us that have chosen to get out of our own way and just do the next right thing. No matter if you don't want to do it well especially if you don't want to do it cause most of the time we should be doing the things we don't want to do and stop doing that things that we do want to do. I know doing whatever I wanted to do either got me in the streets or handcuffs going to jail and then possibly prison

Wake up Grateful for the Sun gets to shine on your face. Go to sleep Grateful for the Moon gets to sparkle in your eyes. Some people don't get to wake up to a new day. Especially those of us fighting addiction. Some people don't get to lay down and go to sleep. Especially those of us fighting addiction. Is our lives worth trading for a temporary escape from reality. That's like putting on a bandaid to stop the bleeding. But take it off and begin to pick at the scab. So what can I me you him her them they us we do to help guide oneself to a better healthier lifestyle so we can live on to another day one day at a time..
