You love being home because that’s where you can be yourself. Without the masking and social niceties. Home can be an oasis for the autistic person. I know mine is.

You feel seen by autistic adults.

You have realized you’re not so different from them.

Your perspective continues to shift.

You embrace more self-acceptance.

You want to communicate more of your experience, but cannot find the words. Autism is tricky that way.

You’ve found something special here that was recently updated. You enjoyed looking at 6, 10, 25, and now 100 signs.

I certainly have more to learn, updates will continue to be released.

Lived experience and easy to follow language.

I am grateful to speak with so many autistic adults and to share lived experiences that validate your life.

This is for you. A small download cost helps compensate me for my time spent raising awareness on an international level for adults who still feel alone or broken.

Custom resources are also available for clients booking a session at savsLIFEskills.com.

My coaching spots are limited at this point but I have an incredible network of referrals to other neurodivergent providers ready to go. You won’t regret grabbing a consult.

She isn’t rude. She experiences the world and communicates differently.

Get out of your own head.

Her direct nature is not a threat.

Har lack of social niceties doesn’t mean she hates you. It’s exhausting to fluff up a conversation or email.

📸 NEWSFLASH: The world wants fluff, especially employers

She knows she is different.

Most autistic women do NOT know they are autistic when they are 18 or even 20. Late-diagnosis is the trend because we were missed for decades.

Countless women wait for answers or have prioritized their kids first. Because services for assessment are not free.

So if she tells you she’s autistic, BELIEVE her.

A consultation comes with referrals to be assessed if that’s something you still need. I cannot give one answer. It depends on your location, insurance, and what you are comfortable with.

The good news is that there ARE options for adults to be assessed for autism. It’s never too late.

Custom resources are also available for clients booking a session at savsLIFEskills.com. Downloads and printable tools to help navigate life with ease. Visual reminders have changed my life as an autistic ADHDer.

Girls present differently.

Autism is nothing to be afraid of and pushing off a diagnosis isn’t helping anyone. It’s information that might help bridge the gaps of communication for a young person who is struggling.

We just have to be looking. 👀

An early diagnosis brings everyone together. Your circle may shrink but it can grow in new ways too.

When people get an earlier diagnosis they have access to more support.

Most options are built for children and it’s the adults who feel left high and dry.

Trust your gut and choose wisely. All services are not created equally. The right support network is out there. You don’t have to do it all alone.

Maintaining relationships have not been a strength of mine.

It’s wild. I thought I had fine tuned my craft and learned to mask like the best of them. I thought I was getting along okay.

I have some friends but I’m not close with many people. I certainly don’t have the energy to even reach out my family as often as I should.

As I grew older and my circle shrunk smaller and smaller.

Drop a ❤️ if you know what I mean.
