This morning on Tuesday Night Live… In the Morning I’m diving into a conversation that needs nuance and maturity.

A recent Guardian article pushed back on a claim that a ketogenic diet can “cure” schizophrenia. Many of us have seen powerful anecdotal improvements in mental health through keto or carnivore — and I absolutely believe metabolic health impacts brain health.

But words matter.

There’s a big difference between “may help” and “cures.” When bold claims get thrown around, especially by high-profile voices, there can be unintended consequences. False hope. Medication abandonment. Credibility damage to a space that’s already under scrutiny.

Let’s talk about it calmly and responsibly this morning.
