U.S. News & World Report recently named five ASC communities as America’s Best Nursing Homes for 2026. Their evaluation is based on nurse staffing, patient outcomes, safety measures, and high-quality healthcare. Only 8% of nursing homes achieved this distinction nationwide!

🎉 Congratulations, Serge! 🎉

This week, Serge officially graduated from Hillcrest Village and began his journey back home!

After a sudden accident that resulted in the amputation of his lower extremity, Serge came to us facing tremendous challenges. But with unwavering determination, a courageous spirit, and countless hours of hard work, he pushed forward every single day.

We are incredibly proud to share that—with the support of our dedicated therapy team—Serge is back on his feet and walking again. His progress is nothing short of inspiring, and we’re honored to have been part of his recovery.

Each year, American Senior Communities proudly honors exemplary employees at our Quest for Excellence Awards Ceremony, which took place on Thursday, November 13, at the Marriott in Indianapolis. Receiving a Quest for Excellence award is the highest form of recognition an employee can achieve, highlighting individuals whose compassion and dedication extend well beyond their regular duties. These honorees, nominated by peers from communities throughout Indiana, represent diverse roles, including clinical staff, therapists, culinary team members, as well as business office, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
