Was just here last week fixing some water damage. Would like to see customer able to afford vinyl wall coverings again..Vinyl looks like new still and should stay perfect for at least another 50 years.

We officially have a paint shortage now. We will have to stall some upcoming projects. Already dealing with commercial insulation and other shortages delaying projects, even when paint was readily available. I also hear drywall mud shortage is coming.

IMSA school. Project we completed a few years ago. We added a coat of elastomeric paint to the parapet wall for extra protection. Tony Hibbard is not a big fan of the elastomeric coating, but they work well for certain conditions.
