KellyB's Kitchen Instead of using a service that sends you ingredients that you still have to prepare, I can make a delicious meal for you. There is another option.

I love to cook fresh, real food for my family and friends. I've been doing it since I was 5 years old, alongside my dad and grandma in their kitchens. The kitchen is one of my favorite places to be and I love creating yummy dishes to gather people around the table. This might not be your experience, and cooking can be time consuming and overwhelming when you are already short on time. However- this doesn't mean you need to give up and order takeout. I can make meals with fresh, real food for you and your loved ones. Each Thursday at 2:30 pm, I will post a Meal Menu that lists a few different items available to order. These items can be soups or stews to reheat, one-dish meals to finish cooking in the oven, or desserts to savor. The items will always be yummy and homemade, and require minimal steps before eating. All you need to do is comment below the post with your order in the order window time-frame. I usually need to close orders before noon on Fridays. Pickup will be in the parking lot of the Meijer grocery store in Whitestown, Indiana each Monday evening between 5:30-6 pm. I will message everyone who orders with payment and pickup details by Monday afternoons. I also host cooking classes! Kitchen confidence is a passion of mine, and I would love to help you gain confidence and learn new skills in your own kitchen. Message me for more details. I love making gluten-free and dairy-free meals. However, all meals are prepared in a environment where gluten and diary may be present. I cannot guarantee foods free of food allergens. It’s finally the perfect weather for one of my favorite soups! You won’t find any mystery ingredients here- nothing out of a can! I combine potatoes, bacon, and lots of milk and cheese with some yummy seasoning to make a comforting soup you will all love!

I love this versatile and delicious protein! It’s filling on its own, but even better on a salad, sandwich, nachos, baked potato, or veggies! I use my own homemade Buffalo sauce mixed with chicken breast for a slightly spicy and warm kick!

This is not your ordinary banana bread! This is gluten free and made with coconut sugar- but you won’t notice. It’s dense and rich with chocolate so you can have it with coffee or ice cream (or both!)

This is a nourishing and delicious soup, perfect for a cold winter evening! Shredded chicken breast, lots of veggies, and noodles simmer together with herbs and seasonings in a flavorful broth. I love eating this on its own for lunch or dinner!

This is a perfect breakfast treat! Lots of blueberries baked into a delicious buttermilk coffee cake and topped with a bit of sugar. Just pour a cup of your favorite coffee and enjoy!

When your afternoon and evening schedules are fully booked, the last thing you want to do is make a mess in the kitchen. Enter the one-dish meal that’s filling and delicious! I use three different vegetables (based on what looks good at the store each week), chicken sausage, and my own mix of oil and seasonings. Just mix the seasoning in with the sausage and veggies, and roast in the oven! You can even mix it in to quinoa, pasta, or rice!

An easy and tasty dinner that’s perfect for taco Tuesday! I mix shredded chicken breast with seasonings, cheese, sour cream and corn and wrap it up in a tortilla. The pan is on a bed of enchilada sauce and all you need to do is reheat and enjoy!

I never liked the ‘boxed’ macaroni and cheese when I was growing up. I decided I needed to find a better recipe, and I did! This is a from-scratch Mac and Cheese made with beschamel sauce and lots of gourmet cheeses and topped with a crunchy ‘crust’. It’s delicious on its own or as a side, and it freezes well too!

I love this dip any time, and it’s perfect to snack on as you’re getting ready for trick or treating! Lots of spinach and artichokes mixed with yummy Italian cheeses, seasonings, and cream cheese. Just heat in the oven and serve with your favorite cracker, bread, or veggies!
