KellyB's Kitchen Instead of using a service that sends you ingredients that you still have to prepare, I can make a delicious meal for you. There is another option.

I love to cook fresh, real food for my family and friends. I've been doing it since I was 5 years old, alongside my dad and grandma in their kitchens. The kitchen is one of my favorite places to be and I love creating yummy dishes to gather people around the table. This might not be your experience, and cooking can be time consuming and overwhelming when you are already short on time. However- this doesn't mean you need to give up and order takeout. I can make meals with fresh, real food for you and your loved ones. Each Thursday at 2:30 pm, I will post a Meal Menu that lists a few different items available to order. These items can be soups or stews to reheat, one-dish meals to finish cooking in the oven, or desserts to savor. The items will always be yummy and homemade, and require minimal steps before eating. All you need to do is comment below the post with your order in the order window time-frame. I usually need to close orders before noon on Fridays. Pickup will be in the parking lot of the Meijer grocery store in Whitestown, Indiana each Monday evening between 5:30-6 pm. I will message everyone who orders with payment and pickup details by Monday afternoons. I also host cooking classes! Kitchen confidence is a passion of mine, and I would love to help you gain confidence and learn new skills in your own kitchen. Message me for more details. I love making gluten-free and dairy-free meals. However, all meals are prepared in a environment where gluten and diary may be present. I cannot guarantee foods free of food allergens. A hearty beef stew is perfect for a cold weeknight! My beef stew combines beef, potatoes, carrots, celery, peas, in a delicious broth with lots of seasonings- including Guinness! (Don’t worry, the alcohol cooks away 😉) Just add some crusty bread or cheddar muffins to the side and dinner is done!

I love this versatile and delicious protein! It’s filling on its own, but even better on a salad, sandwich, nachos, baked potato, or veggies! I use my own homemade Buffalo sauce mixed with chicken breast for a slightly spicy and warm kick!

This is a wonderful weeknight dinner option, or you can save it for breakfast! Eggs, crescent roll crust, peppers, bacon and cheese all baked together for a filling and nourishing meal!

These bakery-style cookies are BIG and they have become super popular! Large, soft, and full of yummy chocolate chips- they are a great summer time dessert! I always have some stashed in the freezer so I can have a warm cookie topped with ice cream at a moments notice.

I love taco Tuesdays, and this protein makes it extra easy to satisfy your whole family. I cook pork low and slow with lots of seasonings and spices to make the perfect main ingredient for everyone! Just add your favorite toppings and dinner is ready!

All of the flavors you love in a broccoli cheddar soup, but this one is a bit healthier! I use lots of broccoli and dairy mixed with some potatoes and chicken stock- it reheats perfectly in the microwave and it’s just the kind of dinner or lunch you need when it’s chilly outside.

Happy snowy Sunday!
If you’re wondering where I’ve been, and where the Meal Menus have been- I have answers! We have had a busy few weeks! My daughter and I went on a girls trip to celebrate her 10th birthday, we got sick, we went back to Pittsburgh to celebrate our nephew and help my dad recover from surgery, and we had family visit us. It’s been a wonderfully full few weeks, but that meant there was no time for a Meal Menu.

But don’t worry! I’m still here, and I’m still cooking. ⭐️There will be another Meal Menu on Thursday, February 26th.⭐️

🌿{Homemade Chili}🍅

Chili sounds so tasty when the weather is cold! I use ground beef, bacon, beans, peppers, and my own mix of seasonings and spices make this a filling dish- and it’s the slightest bit spicy, so it’s perfect with a dollop of sour cream or guacamole on top and a side of tortilla chips! It also freezes great!

🌿{Spinach and Artichoke Pasta}
Large: $20 || 8x8 pan
Small: $15 || 8x6 pan
A delicious pasta dish- even though it’s meatless! Gourmet cheeses are cooked together with a homemade creamy sauce and lots of artichokes and spinach, then tossed together with bow tie pasta. The addition of breadcrumbs on top give it some crunch.

🥕{Roasted Sausage and Veggies}🥦
$22 || 9x13 pan
When your afternoon and evening schedules are fully booked, the last thing you want to do is make a mess in the kitchen. Enter the one-dish meal that’s filling and delicious! I use three different vegetables (based on what looks good at the store each week), chicken sausage, and my own mix of oil and seasonings. Just mix the seasoning in with the sausage and veggies, and roast in the oven! You can even mix it in to quinoa, pasta, or rice!

It’s finally the perfect weather for one of my favorite soups! You won’t find any mystery ingredients here- nothing out of a can! I combine potatoes, bacon, and lots of milk and cheese with some yummy seasoning to make a comforting soup you will all love!
