💪🏾 Leg Lifts with a Butt Lift combo ‼️ 3 sets of 12 reps.

Delivers a challenge and effectiveness all in one. I definitely felt these the next day!

To add an extra level of intensity, incorporate swinging your legs to the right and left sides before lowering them again! You’re in for a treat.

What’s your favorite back workout? 🤔
Aside from pull ups, my second favorite back exercise are the X-Pull Downs using the cables (don’t know the official name).
Really works the posterior deltoids and activates the latissimus dorsi.

Standing One-Arm Dumbbell Curl over Incline Bench 💪🏾

A personal favorite of mine. There are so many tweaks you can do with this position to make sure to hit both bicep muscles bellies. It is challenging and requires you to work on the extension of the curl (downward movement), which has more benefits than some know.
