March is National Social Work Month, and we are so proud to recognize the incredible individuals who make up our social services team here at Rosegate Village. 🩷
Social workers are often the heart of a community. They advocate, comfort, support, and guide our residents and families through so many important moments. Whether it’s helping a new resident feel at home, offering reassurance during difficult times, celebrating milestones, or simply taking the time to listen, their kindness and dedication help make every day a little brighter and even assisting with opportunities in the community. They truly make each day brighter for those we serve.
We are so grateful for the compassion and heart these amazing women bring to Rosegate each and every day:
✨ Rylee Simon – Rehab Social Services Director
✨ Melissa Bell – Memory Care Support Specialist
✨ Autumn Fatout – Long Term Care Social Services Director
✨ Tara McGlothlin – Executive Director, who also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work
Together, they work tirelessly to advocate for our residents, support families, and ensure every individual in our community feels valued, respected, and cared for. Their work often happens behind the scenes, but the impact they make is felt in countless ways throughout our building.
Thank you for the love, patience, empathy, and dedication you show every single day. You truly make Rosegate a place where residents feel supported, families feel comforted, and lives are touched in meaningful ways.
Please join us in celebrating and thanking our wonderful social workers this month! 💐👏
