This is one thing I always preach when it comes to results (STRUCTURE).

Having a plan that aligns with your lifestyle and executing it to the best of your ability. No it doesn’t has to perfect, BUT you still have to put in the work.

You will not see change over night, but when you become disciplined change happens overtime. This is a result of taking time to change lifestyle changes that hinder results. 50 lbs down and still enjoying the process.

Let’s lose this “one day or day one” mentality.
Either you want change or you don’t. It’s really that simple.

It’s not your doctor, your family, or your friends’ responsibility to make you the best version of yourself. That part is on you.

Treat your health like a job. If you want more money, you work harder for more pay. The same applies to your health. If you want better results, you have to do what’s required.

Eat better.
Do your cardio.
Sleep 6–8 hours.

Your body is a temple. Treat it with respect.

Lock in. Chase the health you want. Chase the physique you want. Eliminate the health concerns holding you back.

At the end of the day, your health is on you. No one else.

Life is always going to bring challenges but your health should never be the thing you sacrifice. Even with kids busy schedules and real life responsibilities the work does not stop. It continues.

Why wouldn’t you want to be healthy for your family your friends and your kids. Prioritize longevity. Show up now so you can keep showing up later.

Shoutout to wifey. The work speaks for itself. From 191.0 to 179.6. That is 11.4 pounds lost. Proud but we are not done. We are still locked in over here.

Life is busy. I get it. Work, kids, stress, schedules, responsibilities. It all stacks up fast. But here’s the truth.
Being busy isn’t the problem. Being unprepared is.

When you stay prepared, you remove excuses that keep you from hitting the gym, sticking to your diet, and staying consistent with cardio.
Preparation turns “I don’t have time” into “I already planned for this.”
It turns chaos into structure.
It turns goals into progress.

You don’t need perfection. Just preparation.
