This is one thing I always preach when it comes to results (STRUCTURE).
Having a plan that aligns with your lifestyle and executing it to the best of your ability. No it doesn’t has to perfect, BUT you still have to put in the work.
You will not see change over night, but when you become disciplined change happens overtime. This is a result of taking time to change lifestyle changes that hinder results. 50 lbs down and still enjoying the process.
