The magic of Float & Flow Yoga at The National Balloon Classic isn't just balloons dotting the skies while we move together. It's also our availability to show up and show support for great causes in our community! Every small effort makes a difference. This year I chose Maxamillions Muddy Puddles Foundation as one recipient for donations from our flows. Not only is this foundations goal to create long lasting resources for families in bereavement after tragic loss, but they're also passionate about giving back in honor of their son, Max, gone way too soon, by building a splashpad in Indianola!

Your support is making this possible! We were able to donate $178 to the foundation in honor of Max and every other child gone too soon. If you'd like to learn more... follow them on Facebook! 🤞 to a splash pad coming to Indianola soon! 💦🧘‍♂️

Who knows what I'm saying in this moment, or what I'm doing...HAHA - RAWR!!! LET IT BE AWKWARD! So much of my job as an instructor is public speaking, presentation, and clarity of message to movement... but it's also forgetting words or even sides of a flow. Sometimes its awkward hand gestures or accidentally slipping a swear word... THAT'S LIFE BABY! Let it be awkward. Accepting all the silly things about who you are is how you grow, how you rise, and how you elevate to the next great thing. This week we raised just about $400 for local charities, just by showing up in our own awkward way and doing some yoga in a really cool setting. 👏 😍 proud of you all. ✨️🧘‍♂️
